Tizi Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026.

1. Purpose

Tizi is software published by IZEMX (Casablanca, Morocco, contact@izemx.com) that lets a Customer connect its social network accounts (Meta, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and operate them from its own applications, its AI agents and the Tizi Console interface. These terms apply to anyone using a Tizi instance, whether an employee of the Customer, a contractor or an invited user.

2. Accounts and access

Access to Tizi Console is by invitation from an administrator. Each user is responsible for keeping their password, authenticator app and recovery codes confidential. Administrators must enable two-factor authentication. API keys are secrets: they must not be shared or published. IZEMX never asks for a password or a secret by e-mail.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree to comply with the terms of the connected platforms (Meta Platform Terms, Telegram Bot Terms, LinkedIn API Terms of Use, TikTok Developer Terms), in particular: no unsolicited messages, respect of reply windows, obtaining required consents, no illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, no circumvention of platform limits. Tizi's guardrails (ad spend cap, human approval threshold, simulation mode, content validation) help with compliance but do not replace it.

4. AI agents

Actions triggered by an agent through the API or the MCP protocol are deemed to be the Customer's. The Customer is responsible for supervising its agents, the keys and scopes it grants them and the human approvals it configures.

5. Availability and support

IZEMX provides the software and, depending on the contract with the Customer, hosting and support. Third-party platforms may change or discontinue their APIs; Tizi pins API versions and documents their end-of-support dates, without guaranteeing continuity of third-party services.

6. Data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer remains the controller; IZEMX acts as processor.

7. Intellectual property

Tizi, its documentation and its interface are the property of IZEMX. The Customer has a non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the contract. Content published or received through Tizi remains the property of the Customer or its authors.

8. Liability

IZEMX is not liable for decisions taken by the platforms (account suspension, post rejection, review refusal), for content published by the Customer or its agents, or for indirect losses. IZEMX's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer over the last twelve months.

9. Termination

The Customer may disconnect its accounts and request deletion of its data at any time. IZEMX may suspend access in case of serious breach of these terms or of platform rules.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca after an attempt at amicable settlement.
